Hybrid Toyota Supra Wins Tokachi 24 Hour Race

Toyota Team SARD's specially prepared Toyota Supra HV-R Hybrid GT racer has won the Tokachi 24 Hour endurance in Japan. Last year the team competed with a Lexus GS450h and finished 4th in class and 17th overall. The Supra completed 616 laps in the ensuing 24 hours -- 19 more than the second-place finisher. Hybrid Supra has an 480 horsepower V8 engine.
